The recently-passed omnibus healthcare reform bill aims to restructure the foundation of all private healthcare enterprises in the United States. The ambitious reform packages seeks to provide comprehensive insurance coverage for up to 98% of all eligible Americans. In order to finance the bill, congress approved over 500 billion dollars in medicare cuts including substantial permanent cuts on home healthcare services and equipment.
What do these medicare budget cuts mean for the home health agents and their providers? How can you prepare your organization to weather the changes. Are there unanticipated challenges facing your business or perhaps new opportunities.
